POLYPACK All-In-One Shrink Bundler & Tray Former
Introducing Polypack's all-in-one shrink bundler and tray former! Here's how it works: the machine's rotary gate system efficiently releases your products onto a flight bar for collation. A vacuum picker unloads corrugate blanks from a magazine onto a conveyor, which then delivers them beneath the product bundles. After a spray of adhesive glue, side guides fold the ends of the blank to fully shape the tray. The wrap-arm applies film around the bundle, and as it passes through the shrink tunnel, a perfectly formed, shrink-wrapped tray is delivered ready for your distribution and retail needs.
